The items are made to order using traditional methods, and are therefore subject to a completion time which varies depending on the time at which your order

Production time : 1 week
France delivery: 2 days
International delivery: one week for Europe.
15 days for the rest of the world

For urgent order, thank you to specify your date of wedding or ceremony, for your order to be processed in priority.

Deliveries are made to the address specified in the order that can only be in the area agreed.

The risks are borne by the purchaser at the time the goods have left the premises of "MES PETITES DENTELLES." In case of damage during transportation, complaint must be made with the carrier within three days from delivery.

Delivery times are provided for information only; if they exceed thirty days of the order, the sale contract could be canceled and the buyer will be informed and refund holder of the bank account of the buyer. This is a transaction that takes place between the buyer and "Mes petites Dentelles" website.

Easy Returns & Exchanges

The buyers, non-professional individuals qualify for a 14-day withdrawal period after delivery of their order to return the product to the seller for exchange or refund without penalty, except for return shipping costs.

The buyer agrees to return the item securely to avoid damage (protective packaging and secure mailing).
Returns costs which remain the buyer's expense are 4/5 € (shipment tracking)

All returned items damaged or deteriorated will not be returned or exchanged.

Upon receipt of the returned item, the seller agrees to refund or an exchange within 14 days (according to law).

The withdrawal period does not apply to custom orders. (Article L. 121-20-2 of the Consumer Code)
